Since 2015, Judy has coached more than 300 clients on their career transitions, job search strategies and tactics, and personal development. She especially loves working with event professionals, whose skills translate to many different career paths within the event and related industries.
She brings significant corporate leadership experience in sales, marketing and operations, and an education in psychology to her coaching practice, and utilizes various professional assessment tools, including the Harrison Assessment, a work preference inventory and development tool used globally that helps identify transferable skills and pathways for future careers.
She earned an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the recognized world leader in coach education and training.
